Terms of Service
When you commission me you agree to my terms of service.
- I have the right to deny any commission for any reason- All payment is through Paypal Invoice- All payments must be in Usd or the Usd equivalent in Cad- Refunds will only be issued if for some reason I am unable to complete your commission- Payment cannot be refunded after receiving the lineart- Unsolicited chargebacks will result in being banned from commissioning in the future- After the lineart is complete no large changes to the artwork is allowed- Do not claim the artwork as your own- All commissions are personal use only unless stated and paid for otherwise.- Commercial rights can be purchased for an additional charge.-There will be an additional fee for express commissions- I have the right to upload your commission on my socials- I have the right to use the finished commission in my portfolio- NONE of my art can be used for NFT's including both personal and commercial- Please credit me for my art
